Jessica Martin

Hey!  My name is Jessica! I was born in Clearwater Florida, raised in Tennessee, and have been back in the Clearwater Area since 2015.  The Tampa Bay Area is my home and has a special place in my heart. 

In 2020, I started working for a large real estate investment company and grew to have a deep passion for real estate.  In 2023, I was tossed out of the nest and started my own real estate investment company.  I now own a consulting company, a real estate investment company, a property preservation company, a credit repair company, and I hold a license as a Realtor.

The best part of my job is helping other people, whether it is preventing them from losing their home to foreclosure, finding them a new home, helping them sell their current home, or consulting with them about their hardships. I have an amazing support group that helps me serve the people in Tampa Bay.  Some of our future goals include projects to provide affordable housing, development, and more!
